Bouquets by Michelle Policies

At Bouquets by Michelle, we value our customers and aim to provide excellent service. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our policies below before placing an order.

Ordering Policy

• Advance Orders:

  • For regular orders, please place your order 1-2 weeks in advance, depending on the size and complexity.

  • For Quinceañera/Sweet 16 Bouquets (Ramos), please place your order 1-2 months in advance to ensure ample time for customization and preparation.

• Rush Orders:

Rush orders are available depending on bouquet size and my availability. Please read carefully:​​

• Rush Order Rules

  • ​Rush orders are not guaranteed and are accepted based on my availability

  • Full payment is required upfront

  • No cancellations, changes, or refunds once your rush order is confirmed

  • If materials are not available for the bouquet requested, colors or style may need to be adjusted.

• Rush Order Timeline & Fee's ​​

      If you need your order within these timeframes, it will be considered a rush order.

                       ​Bouquet Count --- Rush Completion Time --- Rush Fee

                                           ​1-6 Roses --- 2-3 Days --- +$10 

                                       12-36 Roses --- 5-6 Days --- +$20

                                           50 Roses --- 8-9 Days --- +$30

                                            75-100 Roses --- NOT OFFERED!!     

Payment Policy

• Deposit:
  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we can begin working on your order. The deposit confirms your order and secures your spot in our production schedule.

  • Customers may also choose to pay in full at the time of ordering.

Refund Policy

• No Refunds After Delivery:
  Once your order is handed over to you, no refunds will be offered. This includes both in-person pickups and delivered/hand delivered orders.

• Cancellation Before Delivery:
  If you decide to cancel your order before the bouquet is handed over, you will receive a refund minus the 50% non-refundable deposit. The deposit is used to cover the time and materials already invested in preparing your order.

Cancellation and Fee Policy

• Cancellation Fee:
  If you cancel your order within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date, you will incur a $25 inconvenience fee. This fee helps cover the work already done or nearing completion at the time of cancellation.

• Delivery Fee:
  If you would like us to hand-deliver your bouquet, a $20 delivery fee will apply. Limit of a 20 mile radius.

Information Required for Order

To ensure we can fulfill your order smoothly, you must provide the following information at the time of order:

• Full Name

• Contact Number
  This will allow us to reach you if we need to discuss any details about your order or delivery.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping Quotes:
  When ordering for shipping, please provide your zip code for an accurate shipping quote.

• Shipping Payment:
  You must pay for shipping along with the remaining balance of your order the day before your bouquet is shipped.

• Liability for Shipping:
  Once your bouquet is shipped, it is out of our control if any damages occur during transit. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping-related issues or damage after the item has left our facility. No refunds will be issued after the bouquet is shipped.

Hand Delivery Policy

•  Delivery Fee:

     I offer hand delivery for local orders. Delivery fees are based on distance from my pickup location.

• $5 flat fee for addresses within 5 miles

• $3 per mile after the first 5 miles

Distance is calculated using Google Maps
