ORDERING POLICY 

- Advance Orders 

Please place regular orders approximately 1–2 weeks in advance, depending on the size, complexity, and availability of materials. 

For Quinceañera and Sweet 16 bouquets (Ramos), please place your order approximately 1–2 months in advance to allow adequate time for customization, materials, and preparation. 

Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability. Your order is considered confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received, and your order has been accepted by Bouquets by Michelle. 

- Custom Orders 

Bouquets are custom-made based on the details agreed upon when your order is confirmed. 

Because flowers, wrapping, decorations, accessories, colors, and other materials may vary in availability, reasonable substitutions may occasionally be necessary. If a significant change is required, we will attempt to contact you before completing the order. 

 

RUSH ORDER POLICY 

Orders requested within the timeframes below are considered rush orders and are accepted only when availability allows. 

Rush orders are not guaranteed. 

Rush Order Requirements 

• Full payment is required upfront. 

• Once a rush order has been confirmed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds are permitted. 

• Availability of requested flowers, colors, decorations, or other materials cannot be guaranteed on rush orders. 

• Reasonable substitutions may be necessary when requested materials are unavailable. 

Rush Order Fees 

1–6 Roses 
Completion requested within 2–3 days: +$15 

12–36 Roses 
Completion requested within 5–6 days: +$25 

50 Roses 
Completion requested within 8–9 days: +$35 

75–100 Roses 
Rush service is not offered. 

Rush fees are charged in addition to the regular price of the order. 

 

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY 

50% Non-Refundable Deposit 

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required before work begins on an order. 

The deposit confirms your order and reserves your place in the production schedule. It also covers time, planning, preparation, and materials purchased or reserved specifically for your order. 

Your order is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. 

Customers may choose to pay the full balance at the time the order is placed. 

Unless otherwise agreed upon, any remaining balance must be paid by the required payment date communicated for your order and before the completed order is released, delivered, or shipped. 

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

Deposits Are Non-Refundable 

The 50% deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order. 

Because Bouquets by Michelle may begin planning, purchasing materials, reserving supplies, and preparing an order after it has been confirmed, the deposit will not be returned due to a customer cancellation. 

- Cancellation Before Completion 

If you paid more than the required 50% deposit and cancel before the order is completed, any refund that may be due will be calculated after deducting the non-refundable 50% deposit and any applicable cancellation fees. 

- Cancellation Fees 

For bouquets made with real roses, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. 

For bouquets made with ribbon roses, cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. 

These fees help cover work already performed, and materials committed to an order nearing completion. 

No Refunds After Pickup or Delivery 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PICKED UP OR DELIVERED. 

Once the customer, customer's representative, or designated recipient accepts the completed order, refunds will not be provided except where otherwise required by applicable law. 

Customers should inspect their order at pickup or promptly upon delivery and notify Bouquets by Michelle of any concerns as soon as possible. 

 

ORDER INFORMATION 

To properly prepare and communicate about your order, customers must provide accurate information when ordering, including: 

• Full name 

• Current contact number 

• Requested order details 

• Requested pickup, delivery, or shipping date 

• Any other information reasonably necessary to complete the order 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate. 

Bouquets by Michelle may contact you if clarification, approval, or additional information is needed to complete your order. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

- Shipping Quotes 

Customers requesting shipping must provide an accurate ZIP code so that shipping charges can be calculated. 

- Shipping Payment 

Shipping charges and the remaining balance of the order must be paid no later than the day before the scheduled shipment, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon. 

An order will not be shipped until the required balance and shipping charges have been paid. 

- Shipping & Carrier Handling 

Bouquets by Michelle will package shipped orders with reasonable care before transferring them to the shipping carrier. 

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times, delays, handling, and other circumstances occurring during transit may be outside the direct control of Bouquets by Michelle. 

Customers should notify Bouquets by Michelle promptly if an order arrives damaged or if there is a shipping problem so that the circumstances can be reviewed and, when appropriate, assistance can be provided with available carrier claims or remedies. 

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. 

 

HAND DELIVERY POLICY 

Local hand delivery is available depending on location and availability. 

- Delivery Fees 

Within the first 5 miles: $5 flat delivery fee 

Beyond the first 5 miles: $3 per additional mile 

Delivery distance is calculated using Google Maps from the designated Bouquets by Michelle pickup location. 

- Delivery Area 

Hand delivery is available only for addresses located within a 20-mile radius, unless Bouquets by Michelle specifically agrees to an exception. 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and any information necessary to complete delivery. 

Additional charges or arrangements may be required if delivery cannot be completed because an incorrect address was provided, the recipient is unavailable, or access to the delivery location is not reasonably available. 

 

PICKUP POLICY 

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed-upon date and time. 

If you expect to be late or cannot make your scheduled pickup time, please contact Bouquets by Michelle as soon as possible. 

Bouquets by Michelle is not responsible for deterioration, damage, or other issues resulting from an order not being picked up within the agreed-upon timeframe after the customer has been notified that it is ready. 

 

DISCOUNT POLICY 

Bouquets by Michelle may offer promotions and discounts throughout the year. 

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, discounts cannot be combined or stacked. 

Limit one discount per order. 

 

CUSTOMER APPROVAL & AGREEMENT 

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before confirming an order. 

By submitting an order agreement and providing the required signature or electronic acceptance, the customer acknowledges that they have been provided access to these Terms & Conditions and Policies, have had the opportunity to review them, and agree to the terms applicable to their order. 

These Terms & Conditions and Policies are incorporated into and form part of the customer's order agreement with Bouquets by Michelle.
